Air Assault Fort Campbell, Kentucky
What is called the "Toughest Ten Days in the Army". Typically only about half of those who start the school graduate. On the last day students have to complete a 12 mile field march carrying about 40 pounds of equipment in four hours.

Grand Army of the Republic
One of my hobbies is genealogy. This is a flag holder placed on the graves of veterans of the Union Army during the Civil War. This one was loose on the ground near the grave of one of my great uncles, in Perry County Ohio. My family has a rich history of military service I have found in my research.

Ohio University
Ohio University is one of my favorite places. I graduated from there in 1979 and my son graduated in 2006. I'll share more pictures of Ohio University and Athens later. This is Cutler Hall the oldest building on campus. OU was established in 1804 it's the oldest university in the Northwest Territory.
